Matthew Zamora is Global AEBD’s Chief Technical Officer. Matthew is a young serial entrepreneur who, before joining Global AEBD, pursued a web development start-up on his own. He has a diverse set of technical knowledge and skills that he applies towards the identification, design, planning, and implementation of upgrades for Global AEBD’s future EmpreSomoe platform, which he is currently leading with the participation of a growing team of developers. Matthew majored in Psychology and Physiology/Neurobiology at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Rene B Salgado, PhD is Global AEBD’s founder and president. He successfully completed 501(c)3 certification procedures for the institution, and initiated operations with bootstrapped resources including personal and family savings. Rene combines his entrepreneurial skill-set and values, with an intrapreneurial experience of more than twenty years in international economic and social development projects, entrepreneurship growth, and higher education. He has worked in the past with international organizations, private companies, and university institutions in the US and Latin America, and continues to do consulting work in areas pertaining to entrepreneurial growth and innovation for international organizations in the Washington DC area.

Rene is a strong believer in the power of entrepreneurial social capital, and the ethical and productive use of Internet technologies to facilitate positive social change in the world. He holds a PhD from the University of Maryland Graduate School in Policy Sciences.
